Uniform Return

IF YOUR UNIFORM WAS LEFT IN YOUR LOCKER ROOM OR WITH YOUR MANAGER PLEASE LEAVE IT THERE AND THE EMPLOYEE CENTER WILL GET IT LATER. BE SAFE AND WE WILL MISS YOU TILL NEXT SEASON!

*This policy will resume Winter 20/21*

Please return all uniform pieces no more than 3 days after your last shift with your department to avoid a bill and to keep from being marked ineligible for rehire next season. If you have any questions or comments please reach out to the Keystone Employee Center at keystoneempcenter@vailresorts.com

Uniforms are for work only, and may not be worn while off the clock. Commuting to work is fine, but please do not wear the uniform if you are heading into City Market, the post office, etc.

The uniform is your responsibility. Uniforms lost or damaged beyond repair may incur charges to the employee. If you have any issues with your uniform, please contact us immediately!

All Mountain and Hospitality uniforms are distributed at the Employee Center, with the exception of some department specific items.

Dependent Passes

Ski and snowboard dependent passes and lift ticket coupons are all provided upon the employee’s hire or start of each new winter season by the local Human Resources Department. Please contact your local Human Resources Department for more information on when and how these will be distributed.

Who is Considered a Dependent for Purposes of the Ski Pass?

• Your unmarried child to the date he/she reaches age 19.
• Your unmarried child at least 19 years of age to the date he/she attains 23 years of age provided the child is a full-time student in an accredited school and is principally dependent on you for his/her support (i.e. named as an exemption on your most current Federal Income Tax Return and relies on you for more than 50% of his/her financial support).
• Your unmarried child at least 19 years of age to the date he/she attains 23 years of age provided the child is volunteering full time for a qualified 501(c) for a minimum of 16 weeks during the course of the applicable winter season and is principally dependent on you for his/her support (i.e. named as an exemption on your most current Federal Income Tax Return and relies on you for more than 50% of his/her financial support).
• An unmarried disabled child may be considered eligible beyond the age specified above if he/she is incapable of self-sustaining employment due to mental or physical disability and is principally dependent on you for support and maintenance. Proof of such incapacity must be provided to Vail Resorts within 31 days of the child’s 19th birthday and upon request thereafter.

• Your natural or adopted child.
